In Vienna, some kindergartens accept children from birth.
At Kindergarten Regenbogen, we welcome children from 1 year of age, as long as they are able to walk independently.

2. What does a place at Kindergarten Regenbogen cost? Are there subsidies?

Our kindergarten is officially recognized as a state-funded kindergarten by MA 11 – Municipal Department for Youth and Family.

💶 Monthly cost after subsidy: € 365 (full-day care)

⚠️ Please note: Children from other federal states receive a reduced subsidy. Parents must cover the difference.

For public kindergartens, registration is handled via MA 10 (Vienna Kindergartens).

All staff work full time.

  • our Family groups have: 12, 17 and 20 children

This strengthens: social behavior, empathy, patience and responsibility
